💫 Part 7: Go All In on Your Menopause Experience

Part 7 of the OMG Menopause at Work series — your call to action to live, lead, and thrive through menopause.

If you take one thing from this whole series, let it be this: you have power in this story.

Menopause is a natural shift, not a loss. Your body is changing—and it deserves understanding, support, and respect.

🧠 Inform Yourself

Knowledge really is power. Read, listen, learn. (Check my resource list if you need a place to start!)

The more you understand what’s going on, the less frightening it feels — and the faster you can make choices that work for you.

💪 Insist on Support

From your workplace, your healthcare providers, your friends, your family.

If the policy doesn’t exist, ask for it. If the doctor doesn’t listen, find one who will. If the conversation feels awkward, have it anyway.

You’re not being “difficult.” You’re being honest.

🤝 Include Your People

Menopause isn’t a solo act. Talk to your partner, your kids, your colleagues. Normalize it. The more we talk, the more we change the culture.

Because this isn’t about surviving menopause — it’s about thriving through it.

❤️ The OMG Way

Go all in. Learn, laugh, cry, sweat, rest — and then show up again.

Because when we lead with authenticity through menopause, we don’t just change our lives — we change the world for the women who come after us.

💖 OMG Takeaway:
Menopause is not the end of your story. It’s the edit that gives it power, perspective, and punch. Go all in — and own it.
